  BREAKFAST

1) Baked Sweet Potato

Sweet potatoes also contain the antioxidants which are helpful in protecting the skin from sun damages.

Make your sweet potato sit in your oven for 30 minutes. This should be done with the heat turned off. We do this to separate the skin of the potato from its flesh. Separate the peel from the flesh and cover the flesh of sweet potato with olive oil and necessary spices of your choice. Bake it for 15-20 minutes. Add more seasonings if you want. We are choosing olive oil because olive oil is good for skin. It is helpful to nourish the skin. Sweet potatoes are known to fight the skin damage that is caused in the skin due to free radicals.

DINNER

Turkey

Turkey is considered as one of the best dining options for those who are fighting the signs of aging. Also, it is always recommended to have light dinner at night for good digestion and turkey fully qualifies this condition. Turkey contains fatty acids which are helpful to repair the damaged skin. The vitamins present in the flesh helps to make skin healthy and pumps life into the dull skin. You can cover the flesh with olive oil and keep it on oven till it is completely baked. Add the seasonings and enjoy this simple yet healthy dinner. We are recommending the use of us of olive oil because olive oil is also is beneficial for skin as it provides nourishment to the skin.

AFTER DINNER / SUPPER

Do have a half-cup of almond milk or soya milk before you go to bed. Almond and Soya both are an excellent food which helps to bring back the life in the dull skin. Almonds make the skin tissues healthy by giving them, the necessary protein. This is best anti aging diet plan. On the other hand, soya milk makes the skin tight and also delays the appearance of wrinkles. It also helps to whisk away blemishes. You can also add cocoa powder to your soya milk to benefit your skin more.

Cocoa is consumed by people to benefit the skin by keeping it healthy and keeping the aging signs at bay. Cocoa is also known to block the free radicals which damage the skin.
