What Is Cervical Cancer and It’s Treatment

We all know cancer is a very tough disease. Cancer grows when the body cells of any part start to grow out of control. Then the infectious cells make cancel. It then spreads on the whole body slowly. These abnormal cells begin to crowd out normal cells. Normal cells are going to die. Cancer can start from any part of the body. Medical science now has improved vastly. It is very much possible to cure cancer fully of a human body. And you can see many cancer patients after treatment can live a normal life.

Now the main factor is we all should inform that why cancer attacks in our bodies. The cells of different parts have their different works to do. An orderly division occurred by normal human cells. After a certain time, normal cells have died and another normal cell will grow up and take the place of old one. But unfortunately, if cancer cells starts to grow within this cell formation, new cells have generated automatically and very rapidly. Once it starts, it starts to spread in the whole body very quickly. Cancer cells started to kill normal healthy cells. Cancer disease starts from that body part from where it first grows. Then it spread to other parts of the body cell. It can also stay inner of bones also. This process is known as metastasis (meh-TAS-the-sis).

There is a different type of cancers doctors are found in human body. The growing nature of some cancers is very rapid. Again some grow under the limitation of treatment. They are very responsive to medicine. Treatments of these are different too. Some can be removed by surgery. Some very responsive to the medicine called chemotherapy (key-mo-THER-uh-pee).

Cervical cancer affects the entrance of the uterus or womb. Mainly in the narrow part of the lower uterus. Most cervical cancer causes due to an attack of HPV (human papillomavirus). To prevent this HPV, HPV vaccine has used.

Some early symptoms of Cervical Cancer –

At an early stage, no symptoms have arisen. The signs which indicated the possibilities of this cancer are

  1. Bleeding can be started between the gap of periods.
  2. After sexual intercourse, there is a possibility of bleeding.
  3. Bleeding in post-menopausal stage.
  4. Feeling discomfort during the time of intercourse.
  5. Vaginal discharge can smell bad.
  6. Blood can come with vagina discharge.
  7. Tremendous pelvic pain.

There are two options for the cervical cancer treatment in India, including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or combinations of these. The process of treatment depends on different parameters like the stage of the cancer, the age of the patient and the health condition.

The process of Cervical Cancer treatment at the early age-

When cervical cancer restricted to the cervix, surgery is possible and effective. After surgery, if doctors have noticed any dissimilarities or symptoms, radiotherapy further used.

To reduce the risk of reference, radiotherapy mostly has been used. Sometimes chemotherapy becomes a very effective way to shrink the excess body cells.

But it is advised that if cancer spreads beyond the cervix, do not take a risk of surgery.
